Encompassing Leadership Associates (ELA) has provided healthcare consulting, leadership development, coaching, and organizational development services for Fortune 500 companies, prominent academic institutions, and individual entrepreneurs since 2011. ELA has demonstrated expertise and successful outcomes in healthcare, education, sales, nonprofit, and government settings.
CEO Chuck Powell is a coach, teacher, writer, former healthcare executive, and former US Air Force Officer. He holds a PhD in Leadership and Change, Master's Degrees in Health Administration and Education, and is a Certified Coach under the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Mission

Methodology
ELA utilizes extensive and intensive collaboration to discover and implement creative opportunities to meet each client’s unique need for value. This continuous process involves:
